Trina Hartman

Trina is an Independent Educational Consultant, a College Admissions Counselor, and Application Strategist.

I have been in education for 30 years, a high school counselor for over 20. In 2000, I earned a Master’s Degree from the University of La Verne in School Counseling. I spent the next 21 years in a career counseling high school students through academic trials and successes as well as through college application processes ranging from community college to top tier universities and military academies.

In 2020 I earned a certificate in College Admissions Counseling from UC Berkeley Extension. While I enjoyed working at a high school as the Director of Counseling, upon introspection, I found that the passion and love that I have for providing guidance to students and families is much better served to work independently.

I am not only able to give the time and attention that each student and family deserve, but I am also able to give time to students who may not have the availability of college counseling resources.

I am currently located in North Orange County, California, and live with my husband and two children, one a current law student, the other in elementary school keeping me on my toes.
